| Nasrallah says Israel's disappearence an inevitable fact Hizbullah head Hassan Nasrallah on Friday said Israel's "disappearance" is an inevitable fact. "If Israel's attacks Lebanon again, we will wage war without any preconditions," Nasrallah said during a speech in Beirut in honor of Hizbullah arch-terrorist Imad Mughniyeh, who was assassinated last week in Damascus. "The disappearance of Israel is an inevitable fact. It is an historical process in the region which will come to an end in several years," he said. Nasrallah said Mughniyeh's death in a car bombing earlier this month in Syria was a "pre-emptive" strike meant to set the stage for the assassination of more of Hizbullah's top leaders. "We consider Hajj Imad's assassination as a pre-emptive operation, not merely an act of revenge," the Shiite cleric added, using a title of respect for the slain commander reserved for Muslims who complete a pilgrimage to Saudi Arabia. According to Nasrallah, Hizbullah will not stand quiet following Mughniyeh's assassination. "There is no possibility that we will not respond to the murder of our loved and dear ones. We will not allow the enemy to continue and murder our commanders and dear ones." Nasrallah also said that Hizbullah has beat Israel many times in the past, the most recent time being the Second Lebanon war. "We are ready for a new victory," he reiterated. "After their loss in the war of Tamuz [Second Lebanon War], Israel is getting ready for a new war. I don't mean to scare, but warn." "Your army and its tanks will be destroyed in the south and Israel will be without an army and then it will be no more," he added. Nasrallah threatened Israel with an "open war" last week after Mughniyeh's killing, a comment that has sparked criticism and fears at home and abroad. Saudi Arabia and Kuwait have issued travel advisories to their citizens in Lebanon, and two French cultural centers were closed in the country this week. The Hizbullah leader sought to assuage domestic fears Friday, assuring foreigners in Lebanon that they were not the target for future attacks by saying "our enemy is Israel and our revenge is against Israel." The nerve of these people is astounding.Listen to what they say... Mohammed Irfan, 31, of Asquith Road, Ward End, Birmingham, and Hamid Elasmar, 44, of Bristol Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, both pleaded guilty to engaging in conduct with the intention of assisting in the commission of acts of terrorism - namely helping Khan to supply the equipment. Irfan was today jailed for four years while Elasmar was jailed for three years and four months. Zahoor Iqbal, 30, of Elmbridge Road, Perry Barr, Birmingham, was found guilty by the jury at Leicester of the same charge. He was today jailed for seven years. Khan, 37, built up a terrorist cell in Birmingham and planned to kidnap the soldier before filming his “ghastly” death for release to the media. A sixth man, Amjad Mahmood, was cleared today of his involvement. That final judgement, reached this morning, means that shocking new details about the case which could not be released previously have been made public - such as transcripts of the recordings. He would be taken to a lock-up garage and there he would be murdered by having his head cut off like a pig. Killing even just one is as if you have killed all of humanity...This is why islam has lost “This would be filmed - they would have the soldier’s ID to prove who he was and the film would be released through Khan’s terrorist network to cause panic and fear with the British armed forces and the wider public.” During sentencing, Mr Justice Henriques said: “It was a plot whose purpose was to undermine democratic government, to demoralise the British Army and to destabilise recruitment, and to cause anguish to the then Prime Minister of the day and the loyal citizens of the country.” He was expecting quite a bit from the beheading of just one soldier.How many have died in the war?There is still a war. A security services probe installed in Khan’s home in Foxton Road, Alum Rock, Birmingham, recorded him in November 2006 telling co-defendant Basiru Gassma what he intended to do to the soldier. Khan was heard to say: “We give the judgement… well then cut it (the soldier’s head) off like you cut a pig, man “Then you put it on a stick. Then we throw the body, burn it, send the video to the chacha (a reference to terrorist leaders in Pakistan). “This is what they call you will terrorise them, they will go crazy. They will start searching… London, Birmingham, Newcastle, where are these people?” Revealing that the soldier would be befriended before being kidnapped, Khan added: “All I say to you is set it up … drug dealers they will go with him, one day, they do deal. “Then the next time you’ll take him Broad Street, wine and dine and girl and things. After that they don’t get friendly.” Khan then said that on the third occasion the soldier was taken out he would be seized by three or four brothers and given a lift in a car. “But we don’t give ‘em a lift, we give him a lift to hell. Game over,” Khan added. “That way nobody know. We’ve got enough places man. We just hang him up. We’ve got enough Brothers own garages man. Just bring the thing, the chef style… and lets do it, man. "The Chef style"...just bring the Knife......man Amjad Mahmood, a shopkeeper, was today cleared of any involvement in the plot. He told the court he did not believe his friend intended to carry out his plot. The father-of-three said had not taken seriously a claim by Khan that he had found “lads” who were ready to snatch the Muslim serviceman off the street at knife point. Mahmood also said he had “no idea” that the Islamic fanatic was an active terrorist. Yea sure pal. Islamic fanatic and you knew nothing of it,Whatever. GENEVA (Reuters) - Saudi Arabia must create laws to protect women from violence and also allow them to play a bigger role in society and the workplace, the United Nations said on Thursday. What a joke.S.A. must create laws to protect women from the laws S.A. follows.Do these people ever think when they speak? It is the laws of S.A. that DO NOT protect women and DOES cause them harm.As for the women having a bigger role in the work place well i am sure they can be found some lesser job seeing as to how deficient they are.What's the problem there?surely there is a darkened back room they can work out of ,one that would keep a way ward hair or a flake of skin from sending some muslim man into a sexual frenzy.

Earlier this month the U.N. Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women called on Saudi Arabia to end the male guardianship system immediately. Divorce Moreover the procedure of divorce in Islam is such as to encourage reconciliation where possible. After divorce the woman should wait three monthly cycles during which her husband remains responsible for her welfare and maintenance. He is not permitted to drive her out of the house during this period. She has been advised not to leave the house of the divorcing husband, in order to enhance the chances of reconciliation, as well as to protect her right of sustenance during the three months waiting period. The main purpose of this waiting period is to clarify whether the divorced wife is or is not expecting a child. Its second use is as a cooling-off period during which the relatives and other members of the family or of the community may try to help towards a reconciliation and better understanding between the partners. The Qur'an says: "And if you fear a breach between the two, then appoint judge from his people and a judge from her people; if they both desire agreement, Allah will effect harmony between them, surely Allah is Knowing, Aware." (4:35). Yes well i wonder if the judges for both sides will be men? And if one of those judges will be the one to have "negotiated" her love and marriage.As for her being pregnant well unless i am wrong he gets the child too and the rest of his wives raise it. If they are reconciled they may resume the marriage relations at any time within the waiting period, whereupon the divorce is automatically revoked. If further trouble arises and divorce is pronounced a second time, the same procedure is followed. Only if the matter reaches a third divorce does it become irrevocable. The wife is then to leave the house and is free after three monthly cycles to marry another man if she wishes. The first husband is not then permitted to remarry her unless she has in the meantime married another man and been divorced in usual legal manner. It all makes sense.Of course there is nothing about love here,well i guess that is what reconciliation is to entail.Not like renewing a contract on a piece of property.The third time it's over and she gets some change in her pockets until someone more wonderful comes along. This procedure is the normal one followed if the husband is the one seeking divorce or if the divorce is by mutual consent. If the wife seeks divorce against the wishes of the husband she may take her case to the court and obtain divorce. Funny this part.He only has to say out loud three times "I divorce you" and she is done,he sends her packing.SHE has to drag his behind to court,an all male court.I wonder how many witnesses she would have to have to be granted a divorce? An instance was reported at the time of the Prophet when a woman came to him saying that although her husband was a good man and she had no complaint against his treatment, she disliked him greatly and could not live with him. The Prophet directed that she should return to the husband a garden which he had given to her as her dowry, as the condition of her divorce. This procedure is sanctioned in the Qur'an where Allah says: "And if you fear that they may not be able to keep the limits of Allah, then there is no sin for either of them, if the woman redeems herself with that" (2:229). In other words return that which had purchased you to begin with. One may observe that modern developments in marriage law in England and other Western countries are tending towards the Islamic pattern, albeit unconsciously, in many ways, stressing guidance and counselling before divorce, privacy of divorce proceedings and speeding of the process of divorce once it has been established that the marriage has irretrievably broken down. Hear that? We are starting to catch up to Islam.Want my opinion? Too bad. I notice that there is no guidence and counseling that ocuurs before the marriage,just negotiations.Perhaps Islam would be a much higher enlightened religion if it focused less on the money that earlier articles i was reading from at this same scource condemned.Well that and property,the same thing in this case. The law of Islam does not therefore compel unhappy couples to stay together, but its procedures help them to find a basis on which they can be reconciled with each other. If reconciliation is impossible the law does not impose any unnecessary delay or obstacle in the way of either partner's remarriage. Oh really? I can't help but wonder what percent of muslim marriages are unhappy.Am i to believe that some young bride purchased by some dirty old man to replace his aging wives is all that excited about being married to him.Only two choices for her.Death by dishonor or unhappy ,unlucky in love. The method of division of inheritance is clearly laid down in the Qur'an and the general rule is that man gets double. This may if taken in isolation from other legislation appear to be unfair; however, it must be remembered that in accordance with the verse of the Qur'an quoted earlier, men are charged with the maintenance of all the women and children in their family, and therefore their necessary obligations of expenditure are far higher than those of women. The half-share that a woman inherits may therefore be considered a generous one since it is for herself alone. Any such money or property which a woman owns or any business which she runs is entirely her own and her husband has no right to any of it. Interesting.So any business she runs and property she owns is hers and hers alone.If you are chained to the broom closet all day until your husband needs you then exactly when is it that a muslim woman is to venture out and start a buisiness?Money.Where is it exactly that she gets this money to start a business.I can see maybe that she has inherited some property along the way.I wonder who that goes to when she is stoned to death for suspicion of being anti islamic?
More brotherly love ,oh my how it just oozes from this fast growing religion that is far superior in every way than any other religion.Let us look around at the Christian world yes we terrible and tyranical Christians who threaten to break the legs of those who invade our borders and threaten to shoot to kill those who invade our borders. Are we to believe that the Egyptians will shoot and kill those Palestinians who breech it's borders? Or that the Palestininas will kill Egyptians?I'm thinking back and it seems as if there is a verse sent down by Allah the all knowing over such a thing.Hmmmm ah yes "to kill even one is as if you have killed all of humanity,to save one is as if to have saved all of humanity."That is the gist of it anyways. Which one will be the un Islamic ones in this battle of hearts and minds of the Umma? My guess is the one who takes the most dammage.That could easily be Egypt if forced to play by International rules,rules that Palestine finds itself not obliged to follow not that it would matter if they were expected to. Do you think the security in Egypt has been strengthened aside from the border? Then we haven't even mentioned the Muslim brotherhood yet have we?In the background with thier magic book stiring up some Islamic spells to cast upon the people,those hearts and minds,usually the magic spells come in the form of just the right type of bombing no matter how many attempts by how many martyrs to get the job done the islamic cause must be furthered and the complete and total power over those hearts and minds complete. Shoot and break the legs of your brothers and sisiters?Inavde and wish to cause mischief and chaos in the land of your brothers and sisters?Once Egypt becomes a festering boyle due to the infection of the Palestinian disease and the furtherment of the caliph which is the cause,always has been the cause to further the larger cause of all allah all the time all over the world,who is next? But then who knows maybe HamAss is just on it's way out old and tired and beaten and it is time for the new and next generation of the same old terrorist leadership.We can only wait and see what the Muslim Brotherhood has up it's sleeve here but i think HamAss has a few more bad days ahead. The Hamas delegation, led by Mahmoud Zahar, came at the Egyptian request, after they received reports that the Islamist organization was planning to forcibly reopen the borders again at the end of the month, the official said speaking on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the subject. "The Egyptians will tell Hamas bluntly that the old self-restraint manner is over and that Egyptian security guards have been given orders to open fire on any Palestinians trying to cross the border," the official said. A Hamas official in the Gaza Strip confirmed that a meeting with the Egyptians was imminent in part of the resumption of dialogue between Hamas and Egypt "over the future mechanisms for operating the border crossing to allow goods and passengers to travel between Gaza and Egypt freely without restrictions." Hamas wants a role in controlling the border crossing with Egypt, while the international community has affirmed its support for a 2005 agreement involving European and Israeli monitors and not the Islamist organization. The meeting was to take place at the heavily guarded Swiss Inn hotel in el-Arish, some 45 kilometers from the border and will also involve negotiations over the opening of Rafah crossing, the official added. Hamas blew open the sealed border with Egypt on January 23, allowing hundreds of thousands of Palestinians to break out of the blockaded Gaza. While Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak gave orders to allow Palestinians to cross, the wounding of Egyptian soldiers by Palestinians strained relations with Hamas and after reclosing the border, Egypt's foreign minister threatened to break the legs of any Palestinian crossing illegally. Jones, who met with Livni after meetings the last two days in Cairo and Amman, is in the process of drawing up a plan about how to provide security in the interim period between when Israel leaves large swaths of the West Bank under any possible peace agreement, and when the Palestinian Authority is able to take over control of the vacated areas. Livni, however, told Jones there was a need to relate to the situation "on the ground right now," and that "the necessary action to be taken regarding security issues is not only in relation to what will be written in a future agreement." "The situation in the Gaza Strip must be taken into account in any political process - especially in light of the effects of this process on future security arrangements," Livni said, according to a statement issued from her office. The officer, who was lightly wounded, was able to shoot and lightly wound one of the attackers. According to a preliminary investigation, the Palestinians came on horseback and initially attempted to run over the officer with the horses. After they had failed, they allegedly attempted to attack him themselves. Security and police forces who were rushed to the scene evacuated the wounded attacker to Meir Hospital in Kfar Saba. One man suffered from chest pains and was evacuated to hospital. Two other Sderot residents suffered from light injuries after falling down while looking for shelter from the rockets. Palestinian gunmen claimed responsibility for eight out of over 30 rockets which have hit Israel since early morning. The Salah-a-Din faction, the military wing of the Popular Resistance Committees, claimed responsibility for four Kassam rockets, and the Islamic Jihad claimed responsibility for the rest. Hamas said it would not be deterred by Israel's cutback of the power supply. "The Zionist enemy must understand that the policy of assassinations, of attacks, of embargo, of cutting electricity and fuel will not halt the resistance and will not break the back of the Palestinians," said a senior Hamas official, Ismail Radwan. "We warn them of a large volcano that will erupt if their aggression increases." Israeli security forces have reported at least 22 rocket strikes on Friday, with at least 12 landing in Sderot, five landing south of Ashkelon, and one striking a green house in the western Negev. A number of people have been treated for shock as a result of the attacks. On Thursday, some 20 Kassam rockets pounded the western Negev. Muslim cleric Yusuf al-Qaradawi refused visa

A Muslim cleric who supports the death penalty for homosexuals has been refused entry to Britain, after a Conservative campaign to present him getting a visa.
Yusuf al-Qaradawi is accused of homophobia, misogyny and anti-Semitism by critics Yusuf al-Qaradawi, who has defended suicide attacks on Israeli civilians and is banned from entering the United States, will now not be allowed to enter the UK for medical treatment.
The Home Office said the cleric had been refused entry because of fears his views "could foster inter-community violence".
Last month David Cameron described Mr al-Qaradawi - a Qatar-based scholar with a large following across the Muslim world - as "dangerous and divisive" and demanded he be banned from Britain.
Today the Muslim Council of Britain attacked the Tory leader and said the Government's decision to refuse the visa undermined Britain's tradition of free speech.
Mr al-Qaradawi' s fatwas, or religious rulings, are considered binding by many Muslims. He was invited to the UK in 2004 by London mayor Ken Livingstone, who described him as "a powerfully progressive force for change" and "an absolutely sane Islamist engaged with the world".
Muhammad Abdul Bari, secretary-general of the MCB, said the Government had caved to "unreasonable demands spearheaded by the Tory leader".
"I am afraid this decision will send the wrong message to Muslims everywhere about the state of British society and culture," he said.
"Britain has had a long and established tradition of free speech, debate and intellectual pursuit.
"These principles are worth defending, especially if we would like to see them spread throughout the world."
Egyptian-born Mr al-Qaradawi, a regular guest on mainstream Arabic TV stations including Al-Jazeera, is accused of homophobia, misogyny and anti-Semitism by critics.
He has defended Palestinian suicide attacks that kill Israeli civilians. "I consider this type of martyrdom operation as an evidence of God's justice," he is reported to have said.
"Allah Almighty is just; through his infinite wisdom he has given the weak a weapon the strong do not have and that is their ability to turn their bodies into bombs as Palestinians do".
But his support for Muslim integration in Western societies has led him to be seen by some as a moderate - if conservative - Islamic thinker.
The Home Office said the decision to refuse the visa had been taken after advice from several Government departments, but that Mr al-Qaradawi could still appeal on human rights and race discrimination grounds.
"The UK will not tolerate the presence of those who seek to justify any act of terrorist violence," a spokeswoman added.

Open Letter to All New Converts to Islam By Al-Mansur & ibn Misr
Assalaammualaikum
Praise be to Allah.
Now that you have believed in the True Religion, it is time for you to have a deeper understanding of Islam. It is my most sincere wish that you make your Muslim cleric, friend or spouse who helped you ‘revert to Islam’ proud and pleasantly surprised by your knowledge in Islam and by how fast you can come to having the correct views of a true believer. Remember, the only correct perspective in this world, is a Muslim’s.
The first step of achieving this (if you have not already done so) is to stop asking them irritating
questions such as what is Islam’s stand on 9/11, killings of Christians, Hindus etc. in Egypt, Sudan, Indonesia, Pakistan, Iran, Nigeria, southern Philippines, Kashmir etc. thereby forcing him to repeat for the umpteenth time that “Islam means Peace” and that “These Killers are not Real Muslims”.
Remember that you are a Muslim now. Instead of causing him to waste his time lying to you when he has a lot of other better things to do, such as lying to another potential convert, you should be helping him attend to and guide the infinite number of potential converts. Remember … you are no longer a customer but an employee now. Thus, the advertisements and sales presentations are no longer meant for you [Anyway all your answers are found in the Quran, so read it yourself]
I would encourage you to have faith in yourself and never underestimate your potential just because you are a new convert. Tariq ibn Ziyad and Khalid ibn Al-Walid who led Muslim excursions into other people’s countries to conquer, pillage, rape and did other great things for Islam were new converts when they started off in their careers. I regret however, that prior to converting; they were part of the armies who resisted Islam. But anyhow, they and their infidel compatriots became Muslims after some “prompting” and “persuasion”. All’s well that ends well. Let me share with you some other baby steps as a New Muslim to make your Muslim proselyter proud:
1) Propagate Islam
You have found the truth and it is Allah’s will that others should know the truth. Allah in his infinite
wisdom has provided the most ingenious method of converting unbelievers. You can start off with just a
sword (so long as it is sharp enough to separate body parts, it will do). This method is fast, highly effective, cost efficient and not to mention compelling. For more details, please see the Quran and the Hadiths.
How much time, effort and money have Ahmad Deedat (biggest Christian and Jew hater) and Jeremiah McAuliffe spent just to win a handful of converts? Using the method in the Quran, Muhammad (peace be upon him) and his Companions had Islam in Spain within less than a century. Praise be to Allah.
2) You are at War against Unbelievers
Don’t forget that it’s okay that these infidels die because they only THINK that their religion is true

3) Kill the Apostates
For this is the will of Allah. After all, wouldn’t you expect your “brothers and sisters in Islam” to do the same for you should you change your mind about Islam. Islam is the fastest growing religion in the world and you renouncing Islam, is just bad for business. No offense.
Anyway, as Muslims always say “Islam is the most …. If not the only logical religion”. Any village idiot would know that. If you do not have the common sense to see this, you truly deserve to be shot.
4) Champion the cause of Muslims and Islam in the country where you live
If you’re from the UK, support Yusuf Islam a.k.a Cat Stevens campaign for public funding of Muslim schools in Britain. This only seems fair. Although Britain is officially a Christian country it has a growing Muslim minority whereas Saudi Arabia which is officially a Muslim country does not have a Christian minority. (Saudi Arabia has already exterminated and expelled their Christians and Jews centuries ago)
One should NOT ONLY discourage public funding of Christian schools in say Pakistan, but should have Christian schools abolished altogether. This is because these schools make ready targets of non-Muslim children for PEACE-LOVING Muslims.
5) Champion the Cause of Muslims Worldwide
For example, be supportive of the Palestinian cause (as opposed to just showing sympathy for Palestinians like many Westerners). Death to Israel!!! A million martyrs shall march on Jerusalem!!! After all, Muhammad (peace be upon him) has declared war on the Jews and killed as well as raped them many centuries before the formation of the State of Israel.
The Kurds, like the Palestinians are stateless, predominantly Sunni Muslims, have stayed in their land for centuries, have their political aspirations suppressed, have thousands of their innocent civilians killed by chemical weapons (oops, I’m sorry this is applicable to the Kurds only). But who the hell cares so long as it is done by brother Muslims, right?
6) If you’re A Woman, please be supportive of your Muslim husband
If he was to subdue your unbelieving neighbors/friends/family members and thereafter proceed to have sexual intercourse with the women (that may include your sisters, sister-in-laws and best friends), this does not mean that he is unfaithful or that he does not love you (and his other wives, as the case may be). He is just following in the footsteps of the prophet: Sahih Bukhari, Book 62: Volume 7, Number 142:
Narrated Anas bin Malik: The Prophet used to pass by (have sexual relation with) all his wives in one night, and at that time he had nine wives. God’s laws are higher than man’s.

DUBAI (AlArabiya.net) Men who bring more than one wife to Britain can claim extra benefits at taxpayers’ expense, British press reports said Monday, a move slammed by the Conservative Party as “totally unacceptable”.
Ministers have ruled that families with a husband and several wives will be officially recognized under the UK's benefits system – but only if the marriages took place in a country where polygamy is legal, as in some Muslim countries. [ Could they also take their women to a Muslim country to stone or “honor killing” them where it is legal?]
If the polygamous marriage is valid, the amount payable is £33.65 (67 dollars) per wife per week. The families could also claim child benefits for every child and argue for greater housing benefit and tax reductions because of the need for bigger homes.
A government review concluded in December that allowing husbands to claim for their additional wives remained the “best possible” option, The Express reported, adding that the decision will chiefly benefit Muslim men, as Islamic law allows them to have up to four wives.
A spokeswoman for the Department for Work and Pensions said that there are fewer than 1,000 polygamous marriages in the UK and only a small percentage of these claim social security benefit. Opposition But critics attacked the decision as “totally unacceptable,” saying it offered preferential treatment to a particular group, and warned it could lead to demands for other changes in British laws.
“You are not allowed to have multiple marriages in the UK, so to have a situation where the benefits system is treating people in different ways is totally unacceptable and will serve to undermine confidence in the system," Conservative party spokesman Chris Grayling said.
“This sets a precedent that will lead to more demands for the culture of other countries to be reflected in UK law and the benefits system,” he told the Express, and accused the Government of trying to keep the December ruling quiet because the topic was so controversial.
Corin Taylor, of the Taxpayers’ Alliance, told the daily: “British taxpayers are paying a record amount of tax so the Government has a duty to make sure that every penny is spent properly.
“Polygamy is not something which British law allows and British taxpayers should not have to pay for extra benefits for second or third wives.”
The paper said that while a married man cannot obtain a "spouse visa" to bring a second wife into Britain, additional wives may be able to enter the country via other legal routes such as tourist visas, student visas or work permits.
A government spokesman told the Telegraph newspaper that the number of people in polygamous marriages entering Britain had fallen since the 1988 Immigration Act, which "generally prevents a man from bringing a second or subsequent wife with him to this country if another woman is already living as his wife in the UK".
But the Telegraph said officials have identified a potential loophole by which a man can divorce his wife under British law while continuing to live with her as his spouse under Islamic law, and obtain a spouse visa for a foreign woman who he can legally marry.
