Hello to all that read this.Please DO NOT COMMENT on this bog entry.This is meant only for those directly involved to comment on.Feel free to read it if you wish to.If you wish to have your say over the matter,if you have anything left that is,then say it at this link when you are done reading it.

Official complaint against mommyelishiva and laila shapiro,or whoever they are, and company.

**ATTENTION**

We request this complaint be taken as very serious because it involves acts and attacks against people inside and outside of Multiply.

This complaint covers three areas.

1) Slander and defamation of character.(see links to our defense blog entries)

2) Stealing and using anothers identity as well as all the images of the victim/s to carry out the act,also while in the act of said slander and defamation of character.

(In our own personal investigation into these people we uncovered the second and third charge, these people have other web sites as well and continue to use the stolen identities)

**ATTENTION**

The afore mentioned persons have spent the last aproximetaly 4 weeks slandering all who are undersigned to this complaint,some more than others.Our attempts at difusing the situation failed.Such attempts at blocking those acting out the slander and ignoring the situation which failed as they carried out these verbal/written attacks all throughout Multiply,blocking them did nothing and in fact even the suggestion to do so in response to earlier individual complaints was an unreasonable solution.

Another attempt was to ask the Rabbi of these actors of this defamation to intervene.He asked for a week to investigate and attempt to difuse the situation that had gotten out of hand,we granted him that week,they didn't last two days.It got out of hand because of the continued slanderous attacks by the people mentioned in this complaint as well as a few others who tagged along for the ride and helped spread the slanderous venom.

The reason for asking thier Rabbi to intervene was due to thier slandering towards us on his web page and i had personally had earlier conversations to do with one mentioned in this complaint.As has at least one other person had a conversation with him to do with one mentioned in this complaint.

Two of those who joined with them were in thier slanderous attacks were....

Reminding you of the identity theft it is not beyond our reasoning to believe that the afore mentioned abettors could also be FALSE identities in the control of the previous afore mentioned in this complaint.We also believe there could be others ...cliveclarelle...stands out as he is a sudden newcomer and supporter all of a sudden in the venomous attacks carried out by Elishiva and laila shapiro.Plus he claims to have physicaly visited with Elishiva and Laila and if they are false then he could be false as well.

Two of these mentioned in this complaint have chosen to delete thier pages.laila Shapiro and number227 who also went by amos914.However again keeping in mind thier use of stolen identities it would be safe to say that they have not gone far.

Setting the identity theft aside for a moment i would like to direct your attention to our complaint towards the slander.At the link provided below is a very detailed outline of the situation at hand.

As i stated above this is a very detailed complaint and request the entire complaint be reviewed.It is very important to all who have signed to this complaint that we make our innocence known and the guilt of those mentioned in this complaint known.

We have on several occasions proven our innocnece and defended ourselves against unwarranted slander of which the above mentioned in this complaint have yet to show any proof as to thier accusations.None whatsoever,only added slander.

Here is where Laila states that "someone" sent her hate mail.Not me at this point,just someone that comments on my blog.I realize these being cut and paste are not all that acceptable.Still here they are.

Shalom it is kool my dad is a web develeper and won many awards for his work,so he now is looking into this person and any other that will try and hurt me.I reported this person and i believe it is one who comments some times on dar`s blogs .I was told to change some of my profile by my mom so i will soon ,i do no about the dangers and very carful who i let chat to me,some times you only find out there true intent,when you befriend them,as there fruits do show in time.I guess as i some times wear our yemeni clothing i look like a muslim well to the blind i do.There was more that this person wrote and not nice language to repeat,

Ummm who is the person who comments on Dar's blog, Laila? I'd like to know, as I have known most everyone on there for a while now and know that the people Dar chooses to associate with are not hate mongers or harassers. I want to know, because if someone is being threatening to you and they are putting forth a different face on Dar's page..I am sure he'd want to know to. Thanks. As far befriending people online, yes ,caution should always be advised."

Here is one place where it moved from "Someone" sent the hate mail to Me sending the hate mail.Never after many attempts has the proof materialized as asked for by many many people other than myself.

"This is just one (there became more than one??)of Dar`s threatening messages towards my mom and may be me to,i wont stand for it and my mother and dad wont either as this is going all the way to the top ....the management of this site.My dad has done much work for internet sites as he is a WEB developer such as this one,and is now in the progress of making a special report just for the management of this site(Is this not supposed to be a threat to me and my "gang?" ).Every one of dar`s friends or gang that love to send threats to people who stand up to what is right they always threaten like here to my mom and me.G-d is good as he always shows us who are wolves in sheeps cvlothing as evil always shows its ugly head.

My warning is this ,we dont care what threats any of you who follow the hatred of dars gang give me or my mother,as i know G-d will sort out all that is bad as bad apples always rot away in time.Now as you see your friend Dar is sending threats."

(I know this is probably not valid proof as it is in cut and paste form,still i make my point here that i nor any of my friends to my knowledge have sent any hate mail to either person here nor anyone else.I have every personal message i have exchanged with these individuals and will happily let anyone from multiply thumb through them (aside from any in direct contact with her father and her husband,"the award winning web designer").In fact i encourage it to see just how NON hateful i have been to these individuals.)

Here is one of thier friends stating where we called them "dirty muslim lovers." I would like to see where this was said.Mind you smudge77 would have to of been told this to be true.Or like i said maybe they can show where it was said.Smudge77 was never any part of any conversation i am aware of to do with myself or my friends when she spoke of this.This was an intimidation effort to have my friends and myself removed from other friends lists.This was a hate attack.which i did eventually send out a message and a warning to my friends in a defensive gesture.It's in my blog.What this person says below is such a bold faced lie it is head spinning.

Here we see Laila threatening someone else on thier own guest book.This web page belongs to Kalipor.I have never met this person until i heard laila was slandering me and my friends on his page.Ironically i believe this man is a muslim and he was defending US against HER.We being the Muslim haters and she being the Muslim lover.(By the way i believe i am the one she is referring to as "the other" in this threat A.K.A. the gang leader....too funny if it wasn't ridiculous)

This screen capture below mentions the PM in the form of a threat.Again the repeated request to view this PM was never acknowledged.

This screen capture below is a bold faced lie.There never have been any muslims attacked on my web page.Muslims do not come to my web page except for this kalipor person whom i had only met after i was told of these accusations from friends who are friends with him.again it is ironic that this person to my knowledge is a muslim and defending myself and my friends.It is also plain to see that smudge77 is trying to intimidate kalipor,or possibly recruit him.

In this next screen capture you will see the first attempts by Ninjamommy and myself to not only defend ourselves from the accusations and slander but our attempts to aid them in having those who did do such a thing punished.

In the screen shots below you will see elishiva threatening me,which there are many where she has threatened to have me investigated by multiply (which i welcome if that needs to be done)many times and my friends as well in an intimidation effort.she and her daughter Laila have stated several times that thier award winning web developing father and husband have the big wigs of Multiplys ear and that ....well....in essence we would be just a memory here at Multiply once they got finished with us.I say investigate away,please do.

In this screen capture below you will see Elishiva stating she hates Islam as she has done often as well as her daughter laila,in fact laila upon many occasions has written that all palestinians should be killed...except for the babies who are innocent.Which surpasses the reality of any comment my friends or myself have ever said when it comes to Islam and muslims.Just more irony really.

I think i will stop here as quite frankly there are so many of these screen captures i can add here to prove that these people are not all they say they are and that they are lieing through thier teeth.The slander and defamation that has gone on here FOR TOO LONG is brazen and just so unbelievably false.

I would like to add just one screen capture of again many many that we have that shows just how we treated these people.Also once again i invite you to my guest book to read through all you wish of the conversations we have had over the near six months or so we have known one another,they my friends and myself.I am also quite sure that if you were to visit all the others signed to this complaint you will see the same loving and caring friends as i had tried to be.

In the closing of this complaint let me add that Multiply has given a voice to many who in other countries that have no voice and there are those here that offer thiers through love of freedom and through love for one another.Then we have what is written in this complaint.What is written in this complaint is not only harmful to those good things many people wish to work through the use of Multiply but it is harmful to Multiply.

Personally i have been to many social web sites and i have found Multiply to be the Rockin-est,lightyears above others if not all.I came from 360 and never have any desire to return.

All we ask is a speedy and accurate investigation into this matter so it can end this dreadful matter as quickly as possible and as fair as possible.

The starting point for the defamation

In my blog "The War Room Blog" i had posted an article sent to me by a friend. Click title to view article.

(Also note the deleted comments in the blog thread.A common occurrence from mommyelishiva throughout this complaint as well as edited comments.I also invite anyone to view my guest book record to see just what kind of conversation we had and how well the individuals mentioned in this complaint were treated.I am hopeful all those signed to this complaint will agree with having their Guest books viewed as well.you will find just under 200 deleted comments in my Guest book,out of over 35,000 comments, of which most were deletion at a time when i had a technical problem with my guest book double posting comments,the rest were do to offensive language and the like.There should be a report on file to back my claim to the technical problem with my guest book.)

After mommyelishiva viewed the article she started accusing my web page as being a 'Hate Site." She accused me and some of those commenting on the article of wanting to "Kill them all," meaning Muslims.As you can plainly see in the article itself there is no mention of hate towards Muslims or Yemenite Jews.In the comments that followed there are no comments of hate directed towards her nor Muslims.

My web site is an anti-Islam web site in that i am against it's ideology and it's laws and any desire to instill them in my country...in whatever fashion.It is not a hate site and yes in my blog i did and do state that i hate Islam.I wasn't aware that it was a crime to hate an ideology.Let me remind all that review this complaint that Islam is also not a race.No more than Christians or Hindus and so on are races.Let us leave the thinking that any "religion" is of a race as we progress through this.

It was really quite simple for her and those who did and do not like what i add to my blog,don't come here.I do not go to their blog if i do not agree with what they say and i feel there is no chance for fruitful debate.

I try to discourage too much debate in a religious tone on my web page,it takes away from the topic at hand and makes the whole point i would be making void,perhaps the goal of some,however when it comes to Islam one cannot deny that Religion will be in the forefront of the conversation,debate,what have you because ...well does anyone know of anything else Islam is known as?

Back to the slander.The slander began when mommyelishiva went from guest book to guest book naming me as a hater as well as those undersigned below and my web site.The way i and my friends ( we were labeled a gang of bullies by the way )supposedly became these haters was that "someone " had sent her daughter Laila hate mail in the form of a personal message.Supposedly this person was one of my friends or contacts.Myself and one of my friends ninjamommy,who also has been fending off these accusations,had asked early on to know who sent this mail and to see what was said and we even offered to file a complaint ourselves over the matter against the person/persons involved.Never was any name mentioned nor any threat or hate mail provided,many had asked for the same information as these slanderous allegations continued and grew.

Here you will find two blog entries that i can't say i am very proud of in the way that i went about them and the language is horrible.However it states plainly my stance on the exact thing i have been accused of and my friends.I would also like to say that those this entry was aimed at are not bad people just people who were and do get fed up,as we all get,as i was when i wrote this unintelligent entry.BUT i do stand firmly by the reason these entries were written.

The before mentioned people have continued on a path of naming myself and some of those undersigned as "haters",they state in public on guest books and in blog comment sections that we have called them "dirty muslim lovers",they have stated that we have called for "all muslims to be killed."They have said many other image damaging words.My blog is open to all so i invite you and anyone else to view it and the comments and see where this has been said (those blocked will have to have my permission to view my web page)I restate this is ongoing even during my and those others involved attempts to end this by ignoring them at first and then inviting a mediator,whom they would respect and that could in fact speak for them.They chose to continue with their slander.

Let me say this.I am well aware that this is a public domain of sorts.I am also not naive enough to think that all should agree with me but i live in the free world and i have every right to this blog as does everyone here,most everyone.I do not encourage nor instigate fights and fruitless arguments.My aim is to further educate those who may need further educating about something i deem and those like minded deem as a threat to our way of life.

At this link you will find the slander spoken about my friends and myself as you will also find proof of just how my friends and myself treated these individuals i would like to add that it was mommyelishiva who requested to be taken off my friends list.I had no intention of taking her off as i thought perhaps she was just upset about something but soon found out that for some reason it was she who decided to be a hater as laid out in the link to follow.

again let me add that this will be the fourth time my friends and i have had to defend ourselves over these accusations.I have yet to see one damn bit of proof as to our guilt.the proof to me would be rather easy to show.Since the original threat came in the form of a multiply Personal Message,which has NEVER surfaced after repeated requests.
