CAIR is comming out with a handbook to basicly let us know where we are "misunderstanding" Islam and muslims and i can only guess how we take thier "culture",which i am also guesing would be "out of context." INVESTOR'S BUSINESS DAILY Islam For Dummies Posted 12/20/2007 Islamofascism: The Council on American-Islamic Relations has published a media guide to proper reporting on Islamic issues. It's pure propaganda, designed to whitewash the radical Islamist threat.* Washington-based CAIR is calling on Muslims to sponsor copies of the $20 guide for local media "to help improve coverage of Islam in the American news media." CAIR, which seeks to mainstream Islam in America, is worried about polls showing a majority of Americans associating Islam with violence and intolerance. Its propaganda campaign, backed by Arab governments tied to 9/11, isn't working. It's sad commentary when you can't get better press from today's newsrooms, which are already so culturally sensitive they won't even publish newsworthy cartoons for fear of offending Muslims. "CAIR's new guide offers journalists the tools needed to gain a better understanding of Islam and to write accurate and balanced stories about Muslims," the press release said. It asserts that "common misperceptions in the media include the notion that Islam is not compatible with democracy or modern culture; that the Quran teaches violence; that Muslims around the world hate the U.S.; that Islam does not respect women's rights; and that all Muslims are Arab." At least CAIR got the last one right. Muslims are also Asian and African. Which means it's batting .200 in the accuracy department. CAIR, recently named an unindicted co-conspirator in a federal terror case, says news stories since 9/11 have perpetuated negative stereotypes about Muslims. It hasn't been hard to do. "Islamophobes" weren't the only ones repulsed by the story of an Islamic court sentencing a Saudi rape victim to 200 lashes for violating Shariah law, which CAIR's leaders are on record hoping will one day replace the Constitution. Or the Muslim father who strangled his daughter to death in Canada for refusing to wear her veil. Or the young Muslim who drove an SUV into a crowd of University of North Carolina students, explaining later to a judge: "Allah demands of believers to retaliate violently against persons responsible for attacking them or their fellow believers around the world. (Quran 2:178-179, 5:45, 8:72, 9:38, 9:71, 42:39-42, 49:10)." Nor did critics of Islam misquote the Ayatollah Khomeini when he bellowed: "Islam says: Kill all the unbelievers just as they would kill you all! There are hundreds of other (Quranic) psalms and Hadiths (sayings of the Muslim prophet Muhammad) urging Muslims to value war and to fight." Desperate to sugarcoat such ugly truths, CAIR hopes journos will use "Beyond Stereotypes" just like a stylebook. I can't believe that these companies wouldn't sue CAIR for THIER losses due to the fake "Boycott" CAIR has injected them into.It was good to hear however that there were losses for these companies to report over the actions of Anti Jihadists.Huge Pats on all the backs to all who got involved wherever they may be. In going after top rated radio talk show host Michael Savage, CAIR trotted out a list of advertisers they laid claim to scaring off from advertising on Savage Nation. When the dust settled, it was all CAIR braying brouhaha. Several of the companies CAIR loudly cited in their so-called boycott campaign say they don’t know what the Islamic lobby group is talking about. In their own defiant words, announcing that Universal Orlando Resorts had joined their Savage Nation advertising boycott, CAIR recently stated: “Advertisers that have already stopped airing or refuse to air commercials on Savage Nation include AutoZone, Citrix TrustedID, JCPenney, OfficeMax, Wal-Mart and AT&T.” Going out on the hunt, investigative Internet giant WorldNetDaily caught CAIR in an embarrassing position. ...”But now AutoZone has told WND the CAIR campaign had nothing to do with its advertising decision, and it had chosen not to advertise on any radio talk shows—of all parts of the spectrum—years before the CAIR effort.” (WND, Dec. 11, 2007). Taking the cowardly way out, CAIR officials declined to respond to WND inquiries about why it is listing companies as part of its boycott campaign that they say have not participated in the boycott. CAIR didn’t know that a lot more than bluster is needed to sustain a boycott. “Another major company CAIR claims has joined the boycott of Michael Savage is JCPenney. But as with AutoZone, JCPenney officials told WND readers they were not making any special provision in their advertising policy that would make them part of a protest campaign, but officials did not respond directly to WND inquiries. “JCPenney did not `pull’ advertising from the show. JCPenney has had a long-standing policy about not advertising on any show that can be construed as controversial. An error in upholding this policy was made by a few local stations, and it has now been clarified,” the company told a WND reader. Wal-Mart admits that it has asked radio networks to ensure that Wal-Mart ads do not run in programming “that we deem controversial” and is sending out content guideline reminders to radio networks and stations, according to that company.

While companies cited in the boycott like AutoZone and JCPenney have removed themselves as CAIR props, CAIR still faces a Michael Savage lawsuit over its alleged misappropriation of Savage’s radio broadcast material. In the lawsuit, which has garnered huge public support, the mince-no-words Savage depicts CAIR as a “vehicle of international terrorism.” Savage’s lawsuit alleges copyright infringement by CAIR, which the lawsuit says seeks to do “material harm to those voices who speak against the violent agenda of CAIR’s clients.” Filed in U.S. District Court in California, the suit seeks damages equal to the ongoing donations from CAIR supporters “who expect CAIR to act in this manner in exchange for continuing financial support” as well as “actual damages according to proof.” Judging by scores of letters to Canada Free Press whose anti-CAIR stories were posted to the Michael Savage website, legions of people are already boycotting companies—at least two of which we now know were only used by CAIR as props. Meanwhile mark that 1 for Michael Savage and zero for the world’s largest, George Soros and Media Matters-supported Islamic lobby group. And with the wings already pulled off this always-buzzing blue-bottle housefly, it’s going to be difficult for it to fly away and land elsewhere any time soon.
In case any of you who visit TROP are wondering why you haven't been able to access the web site is because his web page has been suspended. I haven't been able to access his site since this afternoon and thought perhaps it was server problems.so after running Ninja around checking to see if she could access the page and noticing the banners weren't loading.We sent him an email and he got right back to us and said that "Reverend" Jim sutter got his web page suspended.The one that suspended him is Godaddy.com. I of course emailed him again and asked if there was anything he needed us bloggers to do for him and he said that he would decide in the morning.He is hoping to have it resolved tomorrow. So if you cannot access TROP tomorrow then there should be something we bloggers do to help him. Personaly,and i know it's easier said than done,but he shouldn't have given in so easily the first time because this is what Islam does and thier polishers who are no different than servants to the devil himself.But as in the last blog of this topic i and you probably as well understood that he chose to adjust and keep going. However it is quite obvious that even after he did give up something,as most people and even Nations do to Islam for appeasement,it wasn't enough.It can and never will be enough.The only thing to do is keep fighting them harder than they fight us.They already fear us.They are scared to death if us.One Muslim summed it up by saying he feared a woman being allowed to convert away from Islam because it would cause a FLOOD to convert away from Islam. Winter 2008 On November 20, 2006, airline officials in Minneapolis removed six imams from U.S. Airways flight 300 to Phoenix after their behavior raised the suspicion of fellow travelers.[1] The imams decried the incident as racist and evidence of discrimination. On March 12, 2007, they filed suit against the airline, airport, and fellow passengers. Some of the imams' claims are exaggerated; many are false. In reality, the incident was a tactical move to support the imams' claim to leadership over the American Muslim community. Indeed, the "flying imams" case, Ahmed Shqeirat et al. vs. U.S. Airways,[2] appears to mark just the latest front in the war between Islamists and mainstream, pluralistic American Muslims. Background The airport episode appeared pre-planned, the American equivalent of the manufactured Danish cartoon controversy, in which Danish Islamists, who hoped to benefit from polarization, exaggerated victimization and sought a pretext for crisis.[3] The six imams, five of whom hailed from the Phoenix area, were returning from a North American Imams Federation conference. Three drew attention to themselves when they conducted prayers at the departure gate rather than in the airport chapel or quietly in their seats. However, they drew no response. On the plane, however, they aroused passenger suspicion with loud Arabic conversations, requests for apparently unnecessary seat-belt extenders—which can be used as weapons—and a post-boarding seating switch. Other passengers expressed their worries to the crew, who had them removed. After this incident, Omar Shahin, president of the North American Imams Federation and a prominent Phoenix imam, told the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR, an Islamist advocacy group) and its attorneys, "Security at the airport isn't our problem; it's their problem."[4] On March 12, 2007, the imams, CAIR, and attorney Omar Mohammedi, a former president of CAIR's New York chapter, filed suit not only against the airline and the Minneapolis Metropolitan Airports Commission but also against the anonymous "John Doe" passengers who alerted the crew to the imams' suspicious behavior. The involvement of CAIR, an organization that has received significant Saudi financing,[5] injected impressive machinery and resources into the case. Omar Shahin explained, "Since minute one of this incident, I contacted [CAIR communications director] Ibrahim Hooper and [CAIR executive director] Brother Nihad Awad, and we arranged everything … Everything's being coordinated with CAIR."[6] The group underwrote the cost of any litigation.[7] CAIR used its national network of imams and press connections to draw attention to the case. Tactically, though, the decision to litigate against ordinary passengers was a misstep. It drew critical commentary from the mainstream press.[8] The Arizona Republic dubbed it "intimidation by lawsuit,"[9] and many individuals and organizations, including our own American Islamic Forum for Democracy, offered assistance to the passengers forced into court.[10] While Mohammedi amended his suit to target only John Does whom he deemed "racist" or who had made false accusations,[11] the discovery process would still require suspect passengers to retain counsel. Congress stepped in and, in late July, passed legislation protecting passengers from similar future lawsuits.[12] The Becket Fund for Religious Liberty then filed an amicus brief with the court on August 1, 2007, asking the court to remove the John Does from the suit and denouncing the imams' "attempt to hijack the court as legal terrorism."[13] Under this barrage of criticism, the imams dropped their lawsuit against the passengers on August 23, 2007,[14] although they are proceeding with the rest of their suit against the airline, its employees, and the Metropolitan Airports Commission. My Experience with the Phoenix Imams I have known three of the plaintiffs in the U.S. Airways suit for almost a decade. Soon after settling in Arizona in 1999, I became involved in the local Muslim community. Before moving to Scottsdale, I usually attended Friday congregational prayer services at the Islamic Community Center of Tempe, Arizona. Often, Ahmed Shqeirat, now the primary plaintiff, delivered sermons at the mosque where he has long been imam. I was struck by the political nature of his sermons. He repeatedly criticized both U.S. domestic and foreign policy and often exaggerated Muslim victimization. He advocated political unification of Muslims internationally and blamed the United States, Israel, and the West for perceived slights. He called for the political empowerment of Muslims in American society....... Now a Christian pastor in Pompano Beach, Fla., has filed a lawsuit to halt construction of a new mosque in a predominantly black neighborhood, a project planned by a local Islamic Center whose work is being supported by CAIR. As the Council on American-Islamic Relations lobbies Congress to help strike its name from a list of co-conspirators in a federal terror case, WND has learned the Muslim group's ties to terrorism and extremism are far more extensive than first believed. Although CAIR is a nonprofit organization, it does not disclose complete directories of its staff or advisory boards, and even refuses to make its federal tax filings readily available to the public. But a review of federal criminal court documents, past IRS 990 tax records and Federal Election Commission records detailing donor occupations, reveals that Washington-based CAIR has been associated with a disturbing number of convicted terrorists or felons in terrorism probes, as well as suspected terrorists and active targets of terrorism investigations. "Their offices have been a turnstile for terrorists and their supporters," said one FBI veteran familiar with recent and ongoing cases involving CAIR officials. As previously reported, three CAIR officials have been linked to terrorism. But WND has learned that at least 11 other CAIR officials have been caught up in terror investigations, bringing the total to 14. Congressional leaders say they are warning lawmakers and other Washington officials to disassociate from the group due to its growing terror ties. "Groups like CAIR have a proven record of senior officials being indicted and either imprisoned or deported from the United States," said U.S. Rep. Sue Myrick, R-N.C., co-founder of the House Anti-Terrorism/Jihad Caucus. CAIR itself recently was named as an unindicted co-conspirator in an alleged scheme to funnel $12 million to the terrorist group Hamas. In the Holy Land Foundation case, federal prosecutors also listed CAIR as a member of the U.S. branch of the Muslim Brotherhood, a worldwide jihadist movement that gave rise to Hamas, al-Qaida and other terrorist groups. The government will retry the Holy Land case, which ended in a hung jury. "There was a lot of evidence presented at the recent Holy Land Foundation trial which exposed CAIR and others as front groups for the Muslim Brotherhood in the United States," Myrick said. Still, CAIR is lobbying House Judiciary Committee Chairman John Conyers and other sympathetic members of Congress to pressure the Justice Department to expunge its name from the case, arguing the negative publicity has hurt membership and fundraising. The federal judge during the trial refused a written request by the group to strike its name from the list of co-conspirators. The petition is still pending before the court. CAIR denies supporting terrorism and continues to claim to be a "moderate" voice for Muslims in America. The group says its critics are the extremists, including radio personality Michael Savage, whom the group is now attacking with a boycott campaign. So far it has convinced Wal-Mart, OfficeMax, AT&T, JCPenney and other companies to stop advertising on Savage's popular show. In response, Savage last week filed a lawsuit against CAIR, accusing the organization of being a "political vehicle of international terrorism" that seeks to do "material harm to those voices who speak against the violent agenda of CAIR's clients." Ibrahim Hooper, communications director for CAIR, told WND the group would not comment on Savage's action until the document had been reviewed. CAIR, which runs 33 offices and chapters nationwide, also recently helped defeat an anti-terror plan by Los Angeles police to map the local Muslim community for extremist neighborhoods. Now it's pressuring GOP presidential hopeful Mitt Romney to back down from his position against appointing a Muslim to his Cabinet. Critics counter that CAIR has no legitimate voice to make such complaints, because the group is itself an extremist organization that has employed or appointed to its boards of directors and advisers an inordinate number of radical co-conspirators, suspected and convicted terrorists, and other criminals. Indeed, the list is long and growing, and includes: - Muthanna al-Hanooti: The CAIR director's home was raided last year by FBI agents in connection with an active terrorism investigation. Agents also searched the offices of his advocacy group, Focus on Advocacy and Advancement of International Relations, which al-Hanooti operates out of Dearborn, Mich., and Washington, D.C.
FAAIR claims to be a consulting firm raising awareness of Sunni grievances in Iraq, but investigators suspect it's a front supporting the Sunni-led insurgency. Al-Hanooti, who emigrated to the U.S. from Iraq, formerly helped run a suspected Hamas terror front called LIFE for Relief and Development. Its Michigan offices also were raided last September. In 2004, LIFE's Baghdad office was raided by U.S. troops, who seized files and computers. Al-Hanooti is related to Shiek Mohammed al-Hanooti, an unindicted co-conspirator in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. He currently leads prayers at a Washington-area mosque that aided some of the 9/11 hijackers. The FBI alleges al-Hanooti, an ethnic-Palestinian who also emigrated from Iraq, raised money for Hamas. In fact, "Al-Hanooti collected over $6 million for support of Hamas," according to a 2001 FBI report, and was present with CAIR and Holy Land officials at a secret Hamas fundraising summit held last decade at a Philadelphia hotel. Prosecutors recently added his name to the list of unindicted co-conspirators in the Holy Land case. Al-Hanooti denies supporting Hamas, although he's praised Palestinian suicide bombers as "martyrs" who are "alive in the eyes of Allah." Earlier this year, his younger brother, Hamid al-Hanooti, was found dead in Iraq after reportedly being held by local security forces as a suspected terrorist. - Laura Jaghlit: A civil-rights coordinator for CAIR, her Washington-area home was raided by federal agents after 9/11 as part of an investigation into terrorist financing, money laundering and tax fraud. Her husband Mohammed Jaghlit, a key leader in the Saudi-backed SAAR network, is a target of the still-active probe.
Last decade, Jaghlit sent two letters accompanying donations – one for $10,000, the other for $5,000 – from the SAAR Foundation to Sami al-Arian, now a convicted terrorist. In each letter, according to a federal affidavit, "Jaghlit instructed al-Arian not to disclose the contribution publicly or to the media." Investigators suspect the funds were intended for Palestinian terrorists via a U.S. front called WISE, which at the time employed an official who personally delivered a satellite phone battery to Osama bin Laden. The same official also worked for Jaghlit's group. In addition, Jaghlit donated a total of $37,200 to the Holy Land Foundation, which prosecutors say is a Hamas front. Jaghlit subsequently was named an unindicted co-conspirator in the ongoing case. - Abdurahman Alamoudi: Another CAIR director, he is serving 23 years in federal prison for plotting terrorism. Alamoudi, who was caught on tape complaining bin Laden hadn't killed enough Americans in the U.S. embassy bombings in Africa, was one of al-Qaida's top fund-raisers in America, according to the U.S. Treasury Department.
Nihad Awad: For the first time, wiretap evidence from the Holy Land case puts CAIR's executive director at a Philadelphia meeting of Hamas leaders and activists that was secretly recorded by the FBI. Participants allegedly hatched a plot to disguise payments to Hamas terrorists as charitable giving. During the meeting, according to FBI transcripts, Awad was recorded discussing the propaganda effort. He mentions Ghassan Dahduli, whom he worked with at the time at the Islamic Association for Palestine, another Hamas front. Both were IAP officers. Dahduli's name also was listed in the address book of bin Laden's personal secretary, Wadi al-Hage, who is serving a life sentence in prison for his role in the U.S. embassy bombings. Dahduli, an ethnic-Palestinian like Awad, was deported to Jordan after 9/11 for refusing to cooperate in the terror investigation. Awad's and Dahduli's phone numbers are listed in a Muslim Brotherhood document seized by federal investigators revealing "important phone numbers" for the "Palestine Section" of the Brotherhood in America. The court exhibit shows Hamas fugitive Mousa Abu Marzook listed on the same page with Awad. - Omar Ahmad: U.S. prosecutors also named CAIR's founder and chairman emeritus as an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land case. Ahmad too was placed at the Philly meeting, FBI special agent Lara Burns testified at the trial. Prosecutors also designated him as a member of the Muslim Brotherhood's "Palestine Committee" in America. Ahmad, like his CAIR partner Awad, is ethnic-Palestinian.
(Though both Ahmad and Awad were senior leaders of IAP, the Hamas front, neither of their biographical sketches posted on CAIR's website mentions their IAP past.) - Nabil Sadoun: A current CAIR board member, Sadoun has served on the board of the United Association for Studies and Research, which investigators believe to be a key Hamas front in America. In fact, Sadoun co-founded UASR with Hamas leader Marzook. The Justice Department added UASR to the list of unindicted co-conspirators in the Holy Land case.
- Mohamed Nimer: CAIR's current research director also served as a board director for UASR, the strategic arm for Hamas in the U.S.
(Tellingly, CAIR neglects to mention Nimer's and Sadoun's roles in UASR in their bios.) - Rafeeq Jaber: A founding director of CAIR, Jaber was the long-time president of the Islamic Association for Palestine. In 2002, a federal judge found that "the Islamic Association for Palestine has acted in support of Hamas." In his capacity as IAP chief, Jaber praised Hezbollah attacks on Israel. He also served on the board of a radical mosque in the Chicago area.
- Rabith Hadid: The CAIR fund-raiser was a founder of the Global Relief Foundation, which after 9/11 was blacklisted by Treasury for financing al-Qaida and other terror groups. Its assets were frozen in December 2001. Hadid was arrested on terror-related charges and deported to Lebanon in 2003.
Siraj Wahhaj: A member of CAIR's board of advisers, Wahhaj was named as an unindicted co-conspirator in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. The radical Brooklyn imam was close to convicted terrorist Sheik Omar Abdel Rahman, and defended him during his trial. - Randall "Ismail" Royer: The former CAIR communications specialist and civil-rights coordinator is serving 20 years in prison in connection with the Virginia Jihad Network, which he led while employed by CAIR at its Washington headquarters. The group trained to kill U.S. soldiers overseas, cased the FBI headquarters, and cheered the space shuttle Columbia tragedy. Al-Qaida operative Ahmed Abu Ali, convicted of plotting to assassinate President Bush, was among those who trained with Royer's Northern Virginia cell.
- Bassam Khafagi: Another CAIR official, Khafagi was arrested in 2003 while serving as CAIR's director of community affairs. He pleaded guilty to charges of bank and visa fraud stemming from a federal counterterror probe of his leadership role in the Islamic Assembly of North America, which has supported al-Qaida and advocated suicide attacks on America. He was sentenced to 10 months in prison and deported to his native Egypt.
- Ghassan Elashi: One of CAIR's founding directors, he was convicted in 2004 of illegally shipping high-tech goods to terror state Syria, and is serving 80 months in prison. He's also charged with providing material support to Hamas in the Holy Land Foundation trial. He was chairman of the charity, which provided seed capital to CAIR. Elashi is related to Hamas leader Marzook.
- Hamza Yusuf: The FBI investigated the CAIR board member after 9/11, because just two days before the attacks, he made an ominous prediction to a Muslim audience.
"This country is facing a terrible fate and the reason for that is because this country stands condemned," Yusuf warned. "It stands condemned like Europe stood condemned because of what it did. And lest people forget, Europe suffered two world wars after conquering the Muslim lands." -
CAIR, which receives financial backing from Saudi and Emirati royalty, denies charges that it has a secret agenda to Islamize America. But a Muslim Brotherhood document declassified in the Holy Land case reveals that CAIR's parent was among Muslim organizations enlisted in a secret plot to destroy the American system from within and eventually take over the country. Ahmad insists he was misquoted. However, an FBI wiretap transcript quotes Ahmad agreeing with terrorist suspects gathered last decade at the secret Philly meeting to "camouflage" their true intentions. He compared it to the head fake in basketball. "This is like one who plays basketball: He makes a player believe that he is doing this, while he does something else," Ahmad said. "I agree with you. Like they say, politics is a completion of war." What's more, Hooper, CAIR's communications director, also has expressed his wish to overturn the U.S. system of government in favor of an "Islamic" state. "I wouldn't want to create the impression that I wouldn't like the government of the United States to be Islamic sometime in the future," Hooper said in a 1993 interview with the Minneapolis Star Tribune. "But I'm not going to do anything violent to promote that. I'm going to do it through education." Though conceding he made the remark, Hooper argues that he's never advocated violence. He says he and Muslims like him should work instead through the media and use "education" to help turn America into an Islamic state. -

Revisiting the 'Religion of Peace'

The savages who practice radical Islam continue their march down the road of seventh century barbarism. No other religion in the modern world is so vile, so hate-filled, so violently aggressive in the pursuit of its goals.
In Indonesia, the world’s largest Islamic state, three Christian teenage girls walking home from school were abducted and beheaded as "Ramadan trophies” by militants who conceived the idea after a visit with fellow jihadists in the Philippines.Plastic bags containing the severed heads were dumped in the girls’ village in Indonesia’s Sulawesi province.
Accompanying the grisly “trophies” was a handwritten note threatening more such attacks. The note read: “Wanted: 100 more Christian heads, teenaged or adult, male or female; blood shall be answered with blood, soul with soul, head with head.”
In Sudan, the genocidal nation whose Muslim majority is systematically slaughtering Christians in Darfur, a court has sentenced a British teacher, Gillian Gibbons, to fifteen days in a filthy, disease-infested Sudanese prison, followed by permanent deportation from the country. Her crime? She allowed her young pupils to name a teddy bear "mohammad.”
As the kangaroo court sentenced her to this ridiculous sentence for this absurd “crime,” protesters in the streets outside brandished swords and other weapons and demanded that she be executed!
Then there are our good friends, the Saudis, who laugh at us from the sands of their kingdom as they hold us hostage to their oil while they brutalize their own people, mostly women, in the name of Allah.
The latest in an ongoing string of outrages from the kingdom is the case of the young woman who was gang raped. A Saudi court sentenced her — that’s right, her — to 90 lashes for the “crime” of sitting in a car with a man who was not her husband.
This is the same group of savages whose morality police allowed a group of girls to die because they tried to escape their burning school without their heads properly covered in the manner proscribed by this sick religion. Fifteen girls between the ages of 13 and 17 were trampled to death and 52 others were hurt when a blaze swept through their school.
Some 800 schoolgirls were crammed into a building designed for only 250. The main gate to the school was locked. There were no emergency exits, no fire alarms and no fire extinguishers in the building. When the building caught fire, the girls tried to flee. Police stopped them, refusing to allow them to leave the burning building. When male bystanders tried to rescue the girls, they were told that “It is sinful to approach them.”
As Mona Eltahawy, a reporter and a Saudi Muslim now living in the United States, wrote at the time, “Girls died because zealots at the gate would rather see them burn than appear in public dressed inappropriately.”
As merciful, peace-loving people, whose character derives from the grace of Christianity, Americans find it hard to fathom the twisted values that inform such religious teaching as that practiced across most of the Middle East. Ignorant celebrities and misguided politicians are deluded to think that such barbarous dogma is anything but evil. Fools like Rosie O’Donnell tell America that so-called radical Christianity is more dangerous than radical Islam. To his credit, President Bush has not told us lately that Islam is a religion of peace hijacked by extremists. Perhaps now he understands that it is simply a religion of extremism.
Tens of millions of Muslims the world over subscribe to these beliefs. They believe that women should be subjugated, “infidels” murdered and iron-fisted legalism imposed on the world. Nothing less than civilization itself depends on the outcome of the struggle. (See link above for embeded links)

Once you declare one group off-limits for critical examination, once you declare that these people -- whoever they may be -- must at all costs not be offended, or if they are they're perfectly within their rights to stone, or lash, or imprison, or kill the offender, then you have destroyed one of the foundations for free inquiry. In a free society, people with differing opinions live together in harmony, agreeing not to kill one another if their neighbor's opinions offend them. If offensive speech had been prohibited in the 1770s, there would be no United States of America, and that is one of the reasons for the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Correction: CAIR is out to take down Americans and to stifle freedom of speech—Savage is just the chosen icon. CAIR activities usually get a free ride from the mainstream media. Even cash rich television networks don’t want the inconvenience of litigation, which is CAIR’s best longsuit. Look at the path of destruction as CAIR carries out its campaigns safe from the media spotlight. They went after National Review Magazine, the mild and silken-voiced radio personality Paul Harvey who wouldn’t hurt the proverbial fly, the producers of the television program 24, who aren’t even in the news business and anyone else they decide is worthy of their vengeance. In Canada, it was top-drawer journalist David Frum and author Michael Harris--both of whom stood their ground against them and eventually won. A HHA statement released this week said in part: “We have a duty to make sure every person in America is treated with respect and human dignity. Diversity is what makes this nation so special. The many companies that do not want to be affiliated with Michael Savage’s bigotry and have stopped advertising or refuse to advertise on his show include AutoZone, Citrix, TrustedID, JD Penney, and OfficeMax. Today we are pleased to announce that Wal-Mart and AT&T have joined the growing list of companies that refuse to sponsor Savage’s hate speech.” The name of the HHA coordinator boasting about advertisers frightened off the Michael Savage show? Surely it is not HHA’s or CAIR’s “duty”, but ours to ensure that every person in America is treated with respect and human dignity. “These people know how to use freedom to destroy freedom,” Savage said on his radio show last night. “Let’s pray to God that we’re not destined to relive the Second World War and that we can nip this in the bud.” We can take courage in this battle that organizations like CAIR and HHA are overlooking one vital detail. No, I haven’t become the latest in a line of anti-American quislings who say the war is “all about oil” or that Islamism is not a threat. It’s just that I have trouble mustering enthusiasm for overseas ventures when we allow the enemy’s fifth column to operate virtually unopposed on our shores. I’m talking about the odious Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), a group that could be the legal arm of al-Qaeda. Although CAIR’s machinations usually go unmentioned by the mainstream media, for quite some time now it has been training its sights on anyone who would tackle the Islamic threat with manly strength. It has carried out campaigns against National Review magazine, radio personality Paul Harvey, the producers of the television program 24, and many others who dare say the sultan has no clothes. And now it is targeting award-winning radio talk show host Michael Savage. (Jihadwatch,TROP,Anti CAIR....)
CAIR has been pressuring Savage’s advertisers to pull their spots from his show, and I’m dismayed to learn that some businesses have capitulated to their demands. Among these cowardly companies are AutoZone, TrustedID, OfficeMax, Citrix Systems Inc., and JCPenny. I will have them know that as long as they dance with the Devil and boycott Savage’s show, I will boycott them and encourage others to follow suit. And I have a very long memory.
It’s not surprising that business would kneel at the altar of political correctness, as it worships mammon. And, in truth, many people – the good, the bad and the ugly – use their economic clout to try to effect social change; why, some on my side in the culture war are boycotting Ford because it supports the homosexual lobby. But I really have to wonder if these companies know to whom they’re kowtowing. Let’s take a closer look at CAIR.
If you think that only those on the right take issue with CAIR, think again. In point of fact, the organization is so obviously in the pocket of terrorists that even some of our most left-wing politicians have condemned them. Just consider the following quotations, the first three of which are by liberal Democrats:
“[CAIR is] unusual in its extreme rhetoric and its associations with groups that are suspect.” – Senator Richard Durbin (unfortunetly Durbin is one of MY Representatives.)
“We know [CAIR] has ties to terrorism . . . intimate links with Hamas.” – Senator Chuck Schumer
“To praise [CAIR] because they haven’t been indicted is like somebody saying, ‘I’m not a crook.’” – Senator Barbara Boxer ( Boxer took back an award that was given to CAIR without her direct knowledge of it being given to them.They cried like the babies they are )
“Time and again [CAIR] has shown itself to be nothing more than an apologist for groups bent on the destruction of Israel and Islamic domination over the West.” – Congressman Bill Shuster
What would inspire Boxer, Schumer and Durbin – who many characterize as soft on Islamism themselves (some on the right call Durbin “Turban Durbin”) – to condemn CAIR so unabashedly? Well, just read what some officers of CAIR and their associates have said.
Omar Ahmad, the co-founder of CAIR, has made no bones about his desire for Islamic hegemony. He once stated,
“Islam isn’t in America to be equal to any other faith but to become dominant. The Koran, the Muslim book of scripture, should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only
accepted religion on Earth.” (he denied saying this,imagine that.)
Then, Ahmad attended a secret meeting at a Philadelphia hotel where Moslem leaders allegedly plotted to disguise money given to the terrorist group Hamas as charitable donations (these proceedings were surreptitiously recorded by the FBI as part an investigation). One of the other attendees, Shukri Abu-Baker, who was recently tried in a federal terror-funding case, said,
“I swear by Allah that war is deception . . . . We are fighting our enemy with a kind heart . . . . Deceive, camouflage, pretend that you’re leaving while you’re walking that way. Deceive your enemy.”
Ahmad then chimed in, likening the ruse needed to deceive infidels to a head fake in basketball:
“He makes a player believe that he is doing this while he does something else. I agree with you. . . . Politics is a completion of war.”
Moreover, reports the website Anti-CAIR,
“Omar Ahmad was captured on FBI surveillance tapes at Hamas meetings in the United States
during 1993 explaining that the IAP [Islamic Association for Palestine] could not, for political reasons, admit its support for Hamas, and then discussing how the Hamas agenda could be cloaked and advanced.” (Part of "The "Grand Jihad?,"The Project?")
Another CAIR official, Executive Director Nihad Awad, has been more forthcoming. He once said plainly,
“I am in support of the Hamas movement.”
And the above is just a sampling of the damning truth about these jihadists who masquerade as civil rights activists.
To truly grasp the insidiousness of these closet jihadists, one must understand taquiya, a principle that gives Islamists the moral authority to deceive infidels. Taquiya refers to dissimulation, the process of disguising one’s true intentions by erecting a facade pleasing to his victims. Writing at Jihad Watch, Gregory M. Davis explains it like this:
In times when the greater strength of dar al-harb [the House of War – places dominated by infidels] (my country)necessitates that the jihad take an indirect approach, the natural attitude of a Muslim to the infidel world must be one of deception and omission. Revealing frankly the ultimate goal of dar al-Islam to conquer and plunder dar al-harb when the latter holds the military trump cards would be strategic idiocy.
Unfortunately, the ones guilty of idiocy here are Westerners, as we blithely ignore how these Islamic interlopers are using our own system to destroy us. CAIR and its fellow travelers have been using intimidation and the courts to silence infidels, great and small, who oppose the jihad. For instance, CAIR sued the organization I cited earlier, Anti-CAIR, for $1.35 million for “libelous defamation.” This is, I suppose, what they call it when you tell the truth about them. (The case was settled with not much information other than that that i am aware of.I think CAIR may have changed it's tune a bit when it had to materialize certain documents.)
Then there is the case of former terrorist and current critic of Moslem extremism Zachariah Anani. For his sin of exercising his free speech rights, CAIR and other Islamic groups actually pressured the Canadian government to arrest him under the nation’s hate speech laws and deport him. (Ironic isn't it.Wonder what happened to the poor guy?)
It should be noted, however, that CAIR’s definition of hate speech may be a little different from yours, as in 1998 it co-hosted an event at Brooklyn College during which radical Moslems characterized Jews as “pigs and monkeys” (this is also applied to Christians). I haven’t yet heard CAIR condemn those speakers, though. But why would they? That idea is found in the Koran itself and is a common teaching in the Islamic world.
Then, do you remember the case of the six flying imams who were detained before boarding US Airways Flight 300? CAIR even went so far as to sue the passengers who reported their suspicious behavior. The lawsuit has since been dropped, but it illustrates well the lengths to which CAIR will go to intimidate Americans into silence.(The lawsuit continues against the airlines.)
And don’t think it doesn’t work. The Moslem fifth column in our midst is dropping an iron burqa over commentary that accurately frames the Islamic threat. Even if our media didn’t don their politically correct corsets, the fear of career destruction, legal action and physical harm would be more than enough to still even fairly tenacious tongues. (As for the last danger, I recently wrote about artists who will not address Islam through their work because they fear for their lives.) And while there is no evidence that CAIR perpetrates violent action, it visits legal and financial beheadings on its victims that terrify all but the most intrepid souls.
This brings us back to Michael Savage. There is no one else of his stature who so bravely exposes the Islamist threat. If CAIR destroys him, they will have felled the World Trade Center of critics. Who, then, would be willing to contend with the sword of Islam? Only the small fish would be left to swim against the current from Mecca, and they would be next as CAIR and its minions worked their way down the food chain.
You don’t have to find yourself on Savage’s side of the aisle to find yourself in his corner. All good Americans should be outraged that these fifth-column warriors, these barbarians inside the gate, these vile interlopers, are targeting our countrymen for destruction. If you want free and open debate about one of the most important issues of our time, Islamic Jihad, you should care about CAIR. It is a terrorist-enabling organization that has no place in “dar al-harb.” (Not in my Dar Al-Harb)
So it shouldn’t be hard to figure out who to support in this battle between taquiya and talk radio, not even for us pigs and monkeys.

CAIR seeks to save it's image from the "outlandish" title of Co Conspirator to Terrorism.It gained this "erronous" title by being attached to The Holy Land Foundation who were recently on trial and the verdict of which was a mistrial.Officials say they will retry the case and one can only hope that CAIR will get to sit in the very same hot seat that THLF find themselves sitting in. CAIR is no stranger to these proceedings,i assure you.The question shouldn't be why is CAIR being named CO Conspirator to Terror but why are they still allowed to be a functioning organization.CAIR has had many members of it's organization in the hot seat for funding terror as the snipet from Daniel Pipe's web log will show you. Here's a typical comment of his from his weblog dated Sept. 17, 2002: after calling me a "pop bigot" he comments on my "War on Campus" article with the following elevated and elegant commentary: "[Pipes] has served up another steaming shovelful of fertilizer. What a joy it is to read this guy. His stuff requires no real effort to deconstruct, no deliberate propaganda analysis to realize how he intends to deceive the reader." 
I mention this unsavory person because today he was indicted and arrested for his association with terrorism, specifically his having joined the Pakistani group Lashkar-e-Taiba, traveled to Pakistan, done propaganda work for it, and "fired at Indian positions in Kashmir." In addition, the indictment also states that Royer "possessed in his automobile an AK-47-style rifle and 219 rounds of ammunition" in September 2001. The grand jury charges that Royer "did unlawfully and knowingly begin, provide for, prepare a means for, and take part in a military expedition and enterprise to be carried on from the United States against the territory and dominion of India, a foreign state with whom the United States was at peace." It's also worth noting that Royer was working for the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), militant Islam's most aggressive political organization in North America, when he began training with Lashkar-e-Taiba. (He served there variously as a communications specialist and a civil rights coordinator; see an IslamOnline "Live Dialogue" for him sharing a by-line with CAIR's executive director, Nihad Awad.) This means that CAIR now has a record of at least two former employees indicted and arrested in 2003 on terrorism charges; the other was Bassem Khafagi, CAIR's director of community relations before his arrest this January. Oh, and one must not forget that a member of CAIR's advisory board, Siraj Wahhaj, was named as one of the "unindicted persons who may be alleged as co-conspirators" in the attempt to blow up New York City monuments nearly a decade ago.
